激素吸入疗法治疗及干预毛细支气管炎的疗效观察 被引量:17

摘要 【目的】观察激素吸入疗法对毛细支气管炎(简称毛支炎)治疗效果以及减少毛支炎后哮喘发病情况,为临床治疗提供依据。【方法】89例毛支炎患儿在发病期分别给于布地奈德、硫酸沙丁胺醇雾化吸入及传统的治疗,对照观察其疗效;选择部分患儿于毛支炎痊愈后继续吸入一定时期的普米克气雾剂进行干预治疗,观察2年内哮喘的发病情况。【结果】吸入组毛支炎病情恢复明显快于对照组;干预组哮喘发病率明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。【结论】激素吸入疗法可提高毛支炎疗效,且长期吸入可降低哮喘的发病率。 [Objectives] To investigate the effect of inhaling steroids on treating bronchiolitis and decreasing the incidence of asthma after hronchiolitis. [Methods] 89 infants with acute hronchiolitis were observed comparatively with inhaling bonidudese and salbutamol or traditional therapeutics. Meanwhile compare the incidence of asthma in children with bronehiolitis had been or not been inhaled Pulmicort some periods after clinical remission. [Results] The recovery of inhaling group was significantly faster than control group, and the incidence of asthma in inhaling group was significantly lower than thai in control group (P〈0.05). [Conclusion] Inhaling steroids can improve the treatment of bronchiolitis obviously, and long-term inhalation of steroids can prevent recurrent wheezing.
