摘要
试验用田间自然条件下人工接种的方法,对四川省主栽玉米品种(组合)和自交系共119份玉米种质进行了抗玉米弯孢菌叶斑病的鉴定,结果表明没有对新月弯孢菌免疫和高抗的材料,绝大多数表现中感,少数具有一定的抗性。自交系中Mo 17、156,7922,81565、南21-3、自48-2等为中等抗病材料,其中Mo 17抗性最好。品种中苗期和成株期都表现抗性的材料有3个,即白蜜超甜玉米、济单7号、济单94-2。抗性材料所占比例较大的是四川农业大学玉米研究所提供的杂交组合,32个材料中共有7个组合种具有抗性,约占21.9%,全表现为中抗,可能有望筛选出抗病的材料。
One hundred and nineteen gernlplasms, including 78 varieties (combinations) and 41 inhred lines, which are wide cultivated in Sichuan province, were collected to asses their resistance to Curvularia lunata by artificial inoculation at the seedling and adult stages in the field. No immune or highly resistant genotypes were found. The majority of the germplasms appeared moderately susceptible to the disease, and only a small number of them showed resistance to some extent. Of the inbred lines studied, Mo 17, 156, 7922, 81565, Nan 21 - 3 and Zhi 48 -2 were moderately resistant to the disease, and Mo 17 performed hest of them. Of the varieties studied, 3 displayed resistance to the disease at both the seedling and adult stages. Of the 32 hybrid combinations provided by Corn Research Institute of Sichuan Agricultural University, 7, or 21.9% of the total, exhibited moderate resistance and it is expected that resistant genotypes might be selected from them in the future.
