摘要
报道了2份4 E-m s小麦雄性核不育系及其保持系2003-2004年度在四川绵阳的表现。分析认为,这2份4 E-m s小麦雄性不育系及其保持系在四川绵阳还未达到应用程度的价值。在穗部性状及条锈病的抗性方面,都需要加以改造。不育系自交结实率更是应该重视的改造重点。另外,如何将保持系自交后代分离产生的3种粒色籽粒(白粒、浅蓝粒、深蓝粒)进行有效分开,是其在生产中应用的关键技术之一。
Two 4 E-sm genic male sterile lines of wheat and their maintainers were planted at different dates in a field experiment in 2003 -2004 in Mianyang, Sichuan. The results showed that the two 4 E-ms lines are not good enough to be used in commercial hybrid seed production in the environment of Mianyang. Its spike traits and stripe resistance have to be improved. Self-seed-setting remains a major problem. In addition, it should he a key technique for its utilization that the white, light blue and dark blue seeds, which occur in the segregating self-progenies of the maintainer, should be effectively distinguishable.
