摘要
采用根袋土培试验研究了重金属Zn胁迫对4个品种黑麦草生长、抗氧化酶活性、游离脯氨酸含量、根系耐性及锌积累的影响。结果表明,4品种黑麦草对重金属Zn耐性很强,只有在高Zn下(16 mmol/kg)其生长才受到抑制。Zn胁迫下,黑麦草叶内脯氨酸含量先下降,然后急剧增加。随Zn浓度的增加POD,SOD逐渐增加或为典型的抛物线变化趋势。4品种的RTI(根系耐性指数)≥1.0。地上部锌、根系锌含量随锌胁迫的增加而增加。高锌处理下(≥4或8mmol/kg)S/R(地上部锌含量/根系锌含量)≥1.0。4个品种以泰德生物量(地上部、根系干重分别较对照增加57.5%,150.9%)、RTI、地上部锌、根系锌含量及转运率明显高于其他3个品种。
A pot experiment with the root rag method was carried out with 4 varieties of ryegrass to investigate the influence of Zn stress { Zn^2+ at 2,4, 8 and 16 mmoL/kg soil) on plant growth, antioxidation enzyme activity, proline content, root tolerance index and Zn accumulation. All the varieties showed a high tolerance to Zn stress. Only the higher Zn concentration adopted in the experiment began to inhibit their growth. Shoot proline content declined at first, followed by a sharp increase. POD and SOD activities in the shoot of ryegrass increased with Zn^2+ concentration, which could be described with a typical parabola. RTI (root tolerance index) of the 4 varieties was 〉 { Zn^2+ content in the shoot and the root increased with Zn^2+ concentration. S/R ratio (Zn content in the shoot/Zn content in the roots) ,was 〉 1 in treatments with higher Zn ( ≥ 4 mmoL/kg). Of the 4 varieties, Ted produced 57.5% and 150.9% more biomass in the soot ;and the roots, respectively than the control. Its biomass, RTI, Zn content in the shoot and the roots and Zn transportation were higher than those of the other 3 varieties.
