STUDY ON INTRODUCED FOOD RESOURCES——THE NUTRITIONAL VALUE OF INDIAN MORINGA OLEIFERA GROWN IN HAINAN

摘要 通过对辣木菜宏量营养素、微量营养素和重金属等指标的分析,比较新的生态环境下辣木菜的营养成分变化,并评价了印度辣木菜的营养价值。结果表明印度辣木菜中主要成分蛋白质和脂肪含量高、β-胡萝卜素和维生素C高,矿物元素以钙、铁含量最高,重金属指标低于GB。印度辣木是1种营养价值非常高的新资源食品。 The nutritional components of Moringa oleifera introduced from India to China's Hainan province were evaluated by analyzing the indices of mass nutrients, trace nutrients, amino acids and heavy metals. The results showed that grown in the new eco-system, M. oleifera is rich in protein, fat, β-carotent, vitamin C, calcium and iron and its heavy metal contents are lower than the allowable levels stipulated in GB. It is thus concluded that Indian M. oleifera should be considered to be a high-quality food source for healthy food production.
