摘要
研究了利用二连式Y型三辊辊模拉拔钢管生产新技术。与常规固定模空拔相比,新技术改变了变形区的摩擦条件、速度条件和变形条件,改善了金属变形的不均匀性,减小了金属与模具间的摩擦,致使拔后钢管残余应力明显降低。
The paper involves an investigation into the new steel pipe manufacture technology of roller die drawing with the two-stand Y type three-high mill.Compared with the traditional fixed die drawing process,the said newly developed process is able to produce better conditions for the deformation section in terms of friction,speed and deformation,which will improve the uneveness of metal deformation and lessen the friction between metal and the die, resulting in a significant reduction of the residual stress in the drawn pipe.
