316L不锈钢在模拟人体体液中腐蚀疲劳裂纹的产生和扩展

THE INITIATION AND PROPAGATION OF CORROSION FATIGUE CRACKING FOR 316L STAINLESS STEEL IN HANK'S SOLUTION

摘要 研究了人工关节常用材料316L不锈钢在人体模拟体液(Hank’s溶液)中腐蚀疲劳裂纹的产生和扩展过程。结果表明,材料在该溶液中具有孔蚀倾向;遭受侵蚀的晶界具有应力集中的缺口效应,在疲劳应力和腐蚀介质的联合作用下产生了腐蚀疲劳裂纹;腐蚀疲劳裂纹的扩展至沿晶伴穿晶的混合型扩展。 According to the appllcation of 316L to artifical,joint, the initiation and propagation of corrosion fatigue (CF) cracking of 316L stainless steel in the Hank's simulated somatic flirid were studied. The results showed that 316L was susceptible to pitting corrosion in Hank's solution;the attacked intergranular boundary where stress was centralized possessed the notch effect.The CF crack initiated along the intergranular boundary under the co-effect of CF stress and corrosive medium, and propagated along the intergranular boundary and/or through granular grain.
