摘要
目的探讨磁共振水成像(MRWI)新技术在临床上的应用。方法回顾性分析33例磁共振水成像在临床上应用,使用常导MR扫描机,软件3.04(GE),利用重T2加权成像使含水器官显影,应用于胰胆管、泌尿系、椎管等含水器官的显示。结果采用常规MR扫描后加做MRWI33例,阳性25例,其中MRCP10例中胰头癌1例,胆囊息肉1例,胆石症、胆系感染8例。MRM7例中椎管内肿瘤3例,蛛网膜囊肿及炎症2例。MRU8例中肾癌1例,肾积水伴结石2例,肾囊肿合并出血2例,双肾多发囊肿、输尿管结石4例。结论MRCP能展示梗阻部位、长度和梗阻端的特征来判断良、恶性病变。MRM可展示充盈缺损和肿块,定位明确。MRU可展示泌尿系梗阻部位、长度和大致良、恶性病变的判断。
Objective Discuss the clinical application of new technology in MRWI. Methods Review the analysis of 33 cases of clinical application of MRWI using American made GE Marconi 0.23 T MR scanner, program 3 and 04 (GE), using heavy T2 to strengthen the imaging and developing of water containing organs such as pancreas and bile duct, urinary system and spinal canal. Results In the 33 cases applying conventional MR scanning plus MEWI, 25 positive: in the 10 cases of MRCP, there is 1 carcinoma of pancreas head, 1 gall bladder polyp, and 8 cholohthiasis and gall bladder inflammation; in the 7 cases of MRM, there are 3 spinal canal tumor, 2 arachnoid cyst and 2 arachnoid inflammation; in the 8 cases of MRU, there is 1 renal carcinoma, 2 uronephrosis with calculus, 2 renal cyst with haemorrhage, 4 ureteral calculus and multiple renal cyst in both kidneys. Condusion MRCP can locate and measure the obstructed part and judge the pathological changes of benign or malignant tumor according to the characteristics of the obstructed end. MRM can display turgor defect and tumor with precise location. MRU can display the location and length of the urinary system, giving an approximate judgment of benign or malignant pathological changes.
