辛伐他汀对高甘油三酯血症患者细胞粘附分子的影响

EFFECTS OF SIMVASTATIN ON CELL ADHESION MOLECULES IN PATIENTS WITH HYPERTRIGLYCERIDEMIA

摘要 目的探讨辛伐他汀对高甘油三酯血症(HTG)病人细胞粘附分子表达的影响。方法32例HTG病人应用辛伐他汀治疗8周,检测治疗前后血浆可溶性细胞间粘附分子-1(sICAM-1)和可溶性血管细胞间粘附分子-1(sVCAM-1)浓度及病人血脂变化。结果治疗8周后,HTG病人sICAM-1和sVCAM-1浓度明显降低,与治疗前比较差异有显著性(P<0.01);并且sICAM-1和sVCAM-1浓度均与甘油三酯(TG)呈正相关(r=0.523,0.485,P<0.05)。结论辛伐他汀可降低HTG病人细胞粘附分子水平。 Objective To investigate the effects of simvastatin on expression of cell adhesion molecules in patients with hypertriglycefidemia (HTG). Methods Thirty-two patients with HTG were treated with simvastatin for 8 weeks. Before and after the treatment, the plasma soluble intercellular adhesion molecule-1 (sICAM-1) and soluble vascular cell adhesion molecule-1 (sVCAM-1) were examined. Results After 8 weeks treatment, sICAM-1 and sVCAM-1 concentration were reduced significantly (P 〈 0.01). sICAM-1 and sVCAM-1 were positively correlated with triglycefide (TG) ( r = 0.523, 0.485, P 〈 0.05). Conclusion Simvastatin can reduce cell adhesion molecule concentration in patients with HTG.
