摘要
我国破产法修改草案已经完成,破产法基本原则的确立直接影响破产具体制度的设计。从破产法的价值取向上分析其利益本位原则,阐述我国破产法基本原则的构建。
The revised draft of the bankrupt law in our country has been completed. The establishment of its basic principle of direct influence on bankrupt concrete institutional design. This text analyzes its benefits and basis prineiple from the value of the bankrupt law, states the basic principle of bankrupt law to setup in our country.
