摘要
加强大学生心理健康教育,是高校德育工作的重要组成部分。通过分析目前大学生中普遍存在的心理问题及其成因,明确提出加强心理健康教育的必要性以及高校心理健康教育工作的目标,并系统论述了高校及教育工作者应采取的引导措施和应发挥的重要作用。
Mental health education is an essential component of moral education in universities and colleges. Based on an analysis of the mental problems widespread at present among college students and the causes for them, this paper discusses the necessity of the work of mental health education and its goals, and systematically expounds the major measures to be adopted by the educators and the important role they should play.
