摘要
进入21世纪,基因科技取得了一系列重大突破,给人类带来了无限希望,但同时也给人们带来了道德伦理的困惑,面对科技发展与道德伦理的冲突,人类应该寻求和依靠理性,既要大力发展高科技,又要维护人性与人权,实现技术上和道德观念上的跨越。
Since it comes into the 21th century, great breakthrough of genie technique has brought limitless hope to human, and causes some problems with the nonplus of morality and ethic. Facing the conflict between high-tech and the conception of morality and ethic, people need to seek and depend on rationality, not only devoting major efforts to develop high-tech, but also upholding the humanity and human rights to realize the surmounting on technology and the conception of morality.
