摘要
推导了含坡口角度的串列式扫查缺陷定位公式,通过理论扣实测分析,比较了焊缝坡口角度为零的缺陷定位公式与推导式,得出计算误差,并就焊缝坡口角度对缺陷定量的影响进行实测分析。
The formula for flaw location in ultrasonic tandem scanning testing of the weld with groove angle is deduced. Comparison is carried out between the flaw location formula for the weld with groove angle of 0° and the one deduced on the basis of theoretical and actual measurement analysis. Actual measurement analysis of the effect of the groove angle on flaw sizing is also given.
