摘要
对颈肌训练在散打中的作用进行了初步分析与探讨。认为加强颈部肌肉的训练,能提高头部的抗击打能力,使头部更加灵活,能提高身体的平衡能力,有利于近身摔法中身体的整体发力。提出了颈肌的训练方法。
To make an initial analysis and exploration on the importance of training of cervical muscle in Sanda, it has been thought that strengthening the training of ecrvical muscle can improve the beating resistant ability, make the head more flexible, help to improve the balanced ability of body, help to make an over-all body exertion in close distance wrestling. It also put forward the means of training of ecrvical muscle.
