摘要
根据β-折叠蛋白质电子传递机制,建立了一种蛋白质的二维网格模型,并计算了其能带结构,所得禁带宽度基本符合A.Szent-Gyorgyi提出的一般蛋白质禁带宽度标准(2-5eV).
By researching on the transfer mechanism of electron in β-pleated sheet protein, a two - dimensional , grid model was established, and the energy band & wave vector chart was painted. The bandwidth of energy gap attained was approximately accord with the general standard of protein, put forward by A. Szent - Gy rgyi(2 -5eV).
