摘要
探讨科技论文的二次退修的成因及减少二次退修的措施;认为引起二次退修的原因可以分为作者、编辑、审稿3个方面的因素;提出如下几点避免二次退修的措施:深刻领会审稿意见的精髓,做到有的放矢; 通过稿件了解作者,做到因人退修;综合各方意见,做到问题一次提清;提高业务水平,写好退修意见。
The reasons for second revises on science and technology paper are discussed and preventive measurements are proposed. The reasons for second revises are derided into three aspects： author, editor, and reviewer. Preventive measurements to avoid second revises are proposed： The editors should profoundly comprehend the reviewer＇s opinion and learn something about the author through the manuscript and make corrections to the paper accordingly; Analyze opinions from all aspects and give the author comprehensive proposals on correcting the paper; Enhance the vocational level of the editors and give good proposals on revising the paper.
