婴儿型左冠状动脉起源肺动脉的诊断及外科治疗 被引量：12

摘要 左冠状动脉异常起源于肺动脉(ALCAPA)是一种罕见的先天性心脏畸形,临床上常常被误诊为心内膜弹力纤维增生症或扩张性心肌病,使病儿不能得到及时手术治疗,最终死亡.而本病完全可以通过常规手术得到根治.因此,正确诊断是治疗本病的关键因素.现总结报道我们对婴儿型左冠状动脉起源肺动脉的诊断及外科治疗经验如下.
