“和合”文化是中华优秀传统文化中的一颗明珠,是中国文化特有的理论形式和总的特征。图书馆人本管理中渗透“和合”文化,旨在开发图书馆的人力资源,营造和谐的人文环境与服务氛围,构筑图书馆事业大厦。
＂With gather＂ culture is an outstanding pearl in traditional culture in China, is unique theory form and the total characteristic of traditional culture. In the course of person - centered management of library, we should seep ＂with gathers＂ culture. The purpose is to develop the human resources, build the harmonious humanities environment and the service atmosphere to construct the librarianship building.
