摘要
目的:探讨鼻泪管逆行插入硅胶管治疗慢性泪囊炎的临床疗效。方法:泪道内逆行插入由甘肃酒泉人民医院眼科高顺义研制的泪道再通硅胶管。结果:随访1～2a,治愈16例,4例失败。结论:鼻泪管逆行插入硅胶管术具有颜面部无切口,术后面部不遗留疤痕,创伤小,简便易行等优点。
AIM： To evaluate the clinical effect of retrograding implantation of a silicon tube into nasolacrimal canal in treating chronic dacryocystitis.
METHODS： Twenty cases suffering from dacryocystitis underwent retrograding implantation of a silicon tube （developed by Dr Shun-Yi Gao in Department of Jiuquan People＇s Hospital, Gansu Province） into nasolacrimal canal gaoshunyi nasal silicon tube.
RESULTS： The period of postoperative follow-up was 12-24mo. Sixty cases were treated successfully and the operation was failed in the other 4 cases. There were no complications occurred.
CONCLUSION： This method of retrograding silicon tube implantation into nasolacrimal canal is simple and has the advantage of less traumatic, no scars and can be repeated.
