摘要
目的:报告玻璃体切除术联合激光治疗视网膜静脉周围炎的效果。方法:回顾性分析52例56眼经玻璃体切除术联合眼内激光治疗视网膜静脉周围炎的临床资料。结果:术后视力提高50眼,占89%,无提高6眼,占11%;0.4以上9眼,占16%。结论:玻璃体切除联合激光是治疗视网膜静脉周围炎有效的方法。
AIM： To report the effects of the vitrectomy combined with endo laser on retial periphlebitis.
METHODS： Data of 52 cases （56 eyes） with retinal periphlebitis undergoing vitrectomy and eudo laser treatment were analyzed retrospectively.
RESULTS： Postoperatively, the visual acuity was improved in 50 eyes （89%）, 0.4 or better in 9 eyes （16%）, with no improvement in 6 eyes （11%）.
CONCLUSION： Vitrectomy combined with endo laser is an effective treatment for retinal perphlebitis.
