摘要
目的:大鼠晶状体海水浸泡伤后的不同时间对形态学变化进行观察。方法:在大鼠晶状体海水浸泡伤后的不同时间采用裂隙灯显微镜、光学显微镜和电子显微镜观察晶状体的形态学的变化。结果:海水浸泡30min时,裂隙灯显微镜观察实验组大鼠晶状体较对照组明显变混浊,光、电镜观察晶状体前囊膜上皮细胞首先受损,很快发展到皮质层细胞的变性和坏死。结论:海水浸泡组大鼠晶状体在致伤早期即发生形态学的变化,并随着时间的延长组织损伤逐渐加重。
AIM: To observe the morphological changes of the rat lenses with seawater immersion at different time points after injuries.
METHODS: At the different time points following seawater immersion, the morphological changes of the rat lenses were observed by slitlamp microscope, light microscope and electron microscope.
RESULTS: At 30 min with seawater immersion, the rat lenses in the experimental groups were apparently cloudy under slitlamp microscope comparing with the control group. Observing with light and electron microscopes, epithelium on anterior capsules were early damaged. Further, fiber cells in the cortex of lens occurred with the degeneration and necrosis.
CONCLUISON: Seawater immersion causes the morphological changes of the rat lenses in the early time of the injury and the histological damages become increasingly apparent following the prolongation of the time.
