复方赖诺普利片限定在单药使用不满意时方可使用,对设计要求较高。本文介绍复方赖诺普利片治疗中国人群原发性高血压的临床试验设计,包括病例选择、试验设计、例数估算等。
This paper discusses the design of compound lisinopril in clinical trial in the treatment systemic hypertension in Chinese patients, including inclusion and exclusion criteria, procedure, sample size, double blind technique, etc.
