摘要
目的:探讨多层螺旋CT三维成像对于颌面骨骨折的诊断价值。方法:对42例颌面骨外伤骨折患者行多层螺旋CT扫描,并进行三维成像。结果:42例中,上颌骨骨折13例,下颌骨骨折18例,颧骨骨折5例,牙槽突骨折2例,鼻骨骨折4例,全部病例通过多层螺旋CT三维成像,均能够立体、直观、更加完整地显示骨折的全貌。结论:多层螺旋CT三维成像对颌面骨骨折的诊断和指导治疗有重要意义。
Objective:To explore the diagnostic value of three-dimensinal (3D) reconstruction from multisliee spiral CT(MSCT) imaging in maxillofaeial fractures. Methods:The maxiUofaeial fractures in 42 eases were examined with MSCT and 3D reconstruction was performed. Results:Of 42 eases, maxillary fractures were revealed in 13 eases, mandibular fractures were revealed in 18 eases, zygomatie fractures were revealed in 5 eases, nasal bone fractures were revealed in 4 eases. The stereoscopic, direct, and intergral 3D images from MSCT in 42 eases could show the overall situation of maxillofacial fratures. Conclusion:The 3D images of maxillofacial from MSCT is important for diagnosis and treatment.
