分析了轴承座的工艺特点,采用复合模加工,保证了零件精度,简化了加工工艺,并介绍了模具结构及其关键零部件的设计要点。
The technological characteristic of the bearing pedestal was analyzed. The part was processed by combination die. The precision of the part was guaranteed and the processing technique was simplified. The key points in designing the die structure and key parts were stated as well.
