摘要
分析了摇臂件的冲压工艺性,介绍了其级进模总体结构及排样设计方案。实践证明:该模具结构灵活、可靠,能保证产品质量,对此类零件的级进模设计有一定的参考价值。
The manufactm-ability of stamping for the rock ann was analyzed. The general structure and the stock layout design proposal of the progressive die were introduced. The die proved practically feasible and reliable in structure, and dependable in guaranteeing the quality of products. It was worth of recommendation.
