摘要
目的探讨一种治疗复发性口腔溃疡的有效、简便方法。方法用成品中药肿痛安胶囊作为有效成分,以聚乙烯醇作为载体,制成缓释药膜,局部覆盖于口腔溃疡表面,并与意可贴及空白对照比较。结果肿痛安药膜局部用于口腔溃疡效果显著。能有效减轻疼痛,促进溃疡愈合速度。结论肿痛安药膜用于治疗复发性口腔溃疡是一种方便、有效的方法。
Objective To find out a method treating ROU effectively and safely. Methods Clinically, patients with ROU were randomly divided into treatment groups of Capsule Zhon Tong An and two Control groups （of Yike Tie and blank groups）. The ARU was covering with drug mcmbrane of Zhon Tong An, Yike Tie respectively. The results were statistically evaluated. Results The group treated with drug membrane of Zhon Tong An was more effectivc, comparing with the Controls. Conclusion ROU treatment with Drug membrane of Caps Zhong Tong An is an effective and convenient method.
