摘要
我国民族自治地方地域辽阔,资源丰富,有吸引投资的巨大优势,但投资的软硬件环境需要完善,投资效益不高。为此,必须采取相应的法律对策,建立和完善基础设施建设,改善吸引投资的软环境,拓宽融资渠道,提高投资效益。
In national autonomy region, with vast territory and rich resources, exits the superiority of attracting investment, but poor material and social environments and management philosophy result in low investment return, Legal countermeasures should be taken to perfect in infrastructure construction and improve material environment so as to attract investment, extend financing channels and raise investment return.
