摘要
《伤寒论》原文分析,既是本学科的重点,又是研读的难点。《伤寒论》大多数原文符合四要素、三要素、二要素的结构规律,四要素结构是《伤寒论》原文的基本结构。根据原文结构特征,运用中医理论,结合疾病的动态变化规律,详参病史、治疗史、体质、感邪等诸多因素,进行动态、系统、综合分析,把握病证发展趋势,从而确立正确的治疗方案与方法。其运用步骤为:明确结构与要素、解析原病与主症、分析病史治疗史、动态归纳现病证、结合病势议治疗。
The analysis of original text in Treatise on Exogenous Febrile Disease is the main point to study of the work. The analysis is very difficult to comprehend. Most of the original analysis were recorded in the structure of four key elements, three key elements and two key elements. The four key elements structure is the basic configuration of Treatise on Exogenous Febrile Disease. Based on the characteristics of the original structure and the applications of the TCM theory, the illness symptoms should be analyzed dynamically,systematically and synthetically. To understand the progression of the illness and determine the correct therapy method, the dynamic change of the illness, medical history, and therapy history as well as other factors must be considered. The main steps of its applications： clarifying the structure and key elements of the original analysis, studying the primary disease and main symptoms, analyzing both medical and therapy history, inducing the symptom dynamically,and determining the correct treatment method.
