摘要
以群众体育学、农村社会学为理论基础,采用社会调查、文献资料、数理统计等研究方法,从农民和农村体育管理人员两个视角分析乡镇政府在农村体育中的作用,探讨农村体育发展的规律和特点,为西北地区,乃至全国广大农村地区的体育发展提供借鉴。
Using the methods of social investigation, literature and mathematical statistics, the author made analysis on the function of shaanxi town government in rural Sports. Taking mass sports and rural Sociology as theoretical basis, the paper discussed the regularity and features of rural sports so as to provide reference for its development.
