摘要
改革、发展、稳定与构建和谐社会相互联系、密不可分。正确认识和处理改革发展稳定的关系,注意把握好改革措施出台的时机和节奏,把改革的力度、发展的速度和社会可承受的程度统一起来,在社会稳定中推进改革发展,通过改革发展促进社会稳定,和谐社会的构建才能实现。而在构建社会主义和谐社会的过程中,则必将有助于更好地认识和处理改革、发展、稳定的关系。
Reformation ,development,stabilization and the construction of a harmonious society are interrelated and inseparable The relationship among reformation ,development and stabilization should be recognized and disposed correctly. The coming time and rhythm of the reforming measures should be held rightly. The strength of reformation, the speed of development and the bearable degree of the society should be united. Accelerating the reformation and development in the stabilization of society and pushing the stabilization of society by the reformation and development, only in this way, the construction of a harmonious society can be realized. And in the process of constructing a harmonious society of socialism will be surely helped to better recognize and dispose the relation among reformation ,development,stabilization.
