摘要
创新是社会进步和经济发展的基本驱动力,也是教育改革的核心。文章在分析创新素质基本驱动因素的基础上,就高校如何围绕创新素质的培养,加强内环境与外环境建设,形成创新的动力机制进行了探讨。
The innovation is the basic driving power of society＇s advancement and economy＇s development, It is the core of personnel training too. Basing on the analyzing the basic drive element of innovation diathesis, the article discusses the question on how to strengthen the inside and outside circumstance＇s constructing, form the innovation driving system in college.
