摘要 主要探讨低压静电场水处理的阻垢机理及其影响因素.通过系统试验确认了自制处理器的效果,根据水的总硬度值高低采用两种不同的处理方法.一是对总硬度<350mg·L-1(以CaCO3计)的水在常温下处理,增强离子的水合程度和促进配合物的生成,使升至较高温度时水质保持稳定,不在换热面上结垢;其二是对总硬度≥350mg·L-1(以CaCO3计)的水在高温下持续处理,提供优势文石种晶核,吸引离子以树枝状结晶析出和呈絮状沉淀于水底,减少粘附在加热面上的垢量.升高电压能提高常温处理的效果;高温持续处理后水箱底的松散沉淀物可以随排水一起清除. The mechanism of low voltage electrostatic water treatment for scale inhibition was examined through systematic experiments using devices made by ourselves. According to the hardness of water, two kinds of treatments were conducted effectively. If the total hardness of water<350mg.L-1(CaCO3), the water was treated only at normal atomospheric temperature, to strengthen hydration and to increase coordination compotmds for stabilizing water quality at elevated temperature. When the total hardness of water≥350mg@·L-1(CaCO3), treatment was carried out continuously at high temperature, to produce predominat aragonite crystalline nuclei which would induce the heterogencous nucleation of CaCO3,thus providing competitive sites for CaCO3 precipitating in loose bundles of needle like crystals, and significanlly reducing the amout of scale of the surface of heat exchanger. Stepping up voltage would obtain better effects of the treatment at normal atomospheric temperature. The flocky precipitates produced due to continuous treatment at high temperature could ho removed with drainning water.
