摘要
随着“863”电动汽车重大项目进展的深入,我国拥有自主知识产权的电动汽车技术逐步走向成熟,电动汽车的产业化随之提上了议事日程。文章从发展规律、我国国情、国际电动汽车产业3个方面提出了我国发展电动汽车产业应注意的问题,给出了解决这些问题的方法和建议。
With the further development of the crucial state ＂863＂ Electric - Vehicle projects, the techniques of electric vehicle which have selfowned intellectual property are becoming mature step by step, and the industrialization of electric vehicles are put in agenda. The article advances the issues which should be paid attention to to develop China＇s electric vehicle industry from three aspects such as the development law, national conditions and international electric vehicle industry, and also gives out the solutions and suggestions to solve these problems.
