摘要
本文在无设计误差插齿刀已有研究的基础上,集中讨论了负前角对其侧刃后刀面精度的影响和直线砂轮的可行性.实例计算表明,对渐开线型可采用绝对值较大的负前角,从而为理想的硬质合金插齿刀的诞生提供了依据.
This paper discusses the effects of the back lead angles on the precision of the back face of the cutting edge of the gear shotting tools and thefeasibility of straight line grinding wheel. The larger back lead angles for involutemodel may be used, which provides a sound basis for the production of carbidegear shotting tools.
