摘要
农业节水区划是农业水资源高效利用规划和实施的重要依据。根据河北省的自然与社会情况,选取自然地理条件、现状节水水平与潜在的节水效益、社会经济条件等方面的指标组成农业节水区划的分区指标体系。采用模糊一动态聚类方法进行了河北农业节水规划分区,与模糊聚类或系统聚类相比,既避免了分类结果难于预见、聚类分散的弊端,又避免了动态聚类人为授权过多的弊病,特别是分区指标样本数量较多时,这种现象更为突出。应用该方法,将河北省分为7大类型区,分区结果用于“河北省农业节水工程实施规划”与“水资源综合规划”。
Based on natural and social situation of Hebei province, an index system was built in this paper, involving in indexes in physiographic conditions, present level of water saving and its potential and social economy. Compared with single fuzzy cluster analysis or systemic cluster analysis method, Fuzzy Dynamic Cluster in water saving zoning can overcome disadvantages of difficult to forecast classification result and cluster dispersion, avoid the influence of superabundant artificial interference, especially when division index sample size is bigger. This method is applied for dividing Hebei into 7 zones for "the implementation plan of water-saving engineering for agriculture in Hebei" and "the integrated plan of water resources".
