给水埋地钢管阴极保护防腐的应用

摘要 本文介绍了埋地钢管电化学腐蚀的几种主要形式及国内外管道阴极防腐技术的应用概况,并以规模为100万m^3/d的北京市第九水厂41.5kmDN2200输水钢管阴极保护防腐工程设计为例,谈了阴极保护用于长距离埋地钢管整体保护、监测的体会. The main forms of electro-chemical corrosion process of buried steel pipeline and the application of cathodic protection system (CPS) abroad are presented briefly in this paper. Taking the anti-corrosion design of the water transportation steel pipeline of DN2200mm and distance 41. 5 km with capacity of 1 million m3/d for the 9th Waterworks in Beijing as an example the application of CPS for the full protection of long distance steel pipeline is discussed.
