两轴车辆动态称重信号分析方法研究 被引量:6

摘要 汽车在行驶过程中,各轴之间的质量分配取决于即时悬挂、驱动、制动系统中的摩擦力和加速度等因素,而称重传感器接收到的信号同时又与汽车、台板的振动有关。分析了汽车在非匀速通过称重台板时简化汽车模型的轴重分配,首先,从动态称重信号中提取速度和加速度信号,然后,对车轮完全上台后的信号利用经验模分解(EMD)方法求得剩余分量的平均值,以剔除信号中的振动影响成分。利用车型、速度、加速度等参数进行动态校正,数据处理结果表明:当汽车通过台板的时间大于振动系统的基频周期时,用该方法能提高测试精度。 The weight distribution to every axis of vehicle that is in motion is decided by many factors, such as hanging weight, friction in braking system and acceleration. The acquired signal includes the vibration of the vehicle and bedplate. The weight distribution is analyzed when the vehicle passes across the bedplate in non-even speed. First, the velocity and acceleration values are achieved from the dynamic weight signals. Then, the interference parts caused mainly by vibration are eliminated by the method of empirical mode decomposition (EMD) in which the mean value of residue is regarded as real axis weight. The model of the vehicle,velocity and acceleration are used to correct the data dynamically. The conclusion shows that higher precision of measurement can be achieved as long as the vehicle passes across the bedplate in longer time than the base cycle of vibration.
