摘要
改革开放以来,我国许多城市都引进国外资金技术和设备兴建了城市污水处理厂.本文介绍了80年代至90年代初我国引进外资建设的部分污水处理工程概况,以及成都三瓦窑污水厂等近十家大型污水处理厂引进国外设备、仪器仪表的现状,并对80年代以来我国城市污水处理工程中引进的技术和设备作统计分析,就引进技术和设备的消化和吸收提出了自己的看法.
Since implementation of the reform and open policy, many urban wastewater treatment plants in this country have been constructed by imported investments, techniques and equipments. The general situations of some projects of this kind established on imported investments in 1980s and the early years of 1990s is presented in this paper. Also the recent status of imported equipments and instruments of some big WTPs such as Sanwayao WTP in Chengdu city, Sichuan province is explained. The imported techniques and equipments for urban wastewater treatment since 1980s are statistically discussed and some personal opinion on the digestion and absorption of imported equipments and techniques are proposed.
