摘要
以三氯化磷、苄醇为原料,以N,N-二甲基苯胺为缚酸剂,石油醚为溶剂,合成了亚磷酸三苄酯。研究了溶剂、反应温度和反应时间对酯产率的影响。结果表明,以60-90℃的石油醚为溶剂,滴加温度5-10℃,反应温度为40-50℃,反应时间为1h,产品收率为80.5%。
Tribenzyl phosphite is synthesized with phosphorus trichloride and benzyl alcohol as starting materials, N, N -dimethyl aniline as acid binding agent and petroleum ether as solvent . The effects of solvent , reaction temperature and time are discussed in details. The results show that, with (60-90℃)petroleum ether as solvent, dropping temperature 5 - 10℃, reaction temperature 40- 50 ℃, reaction time 1 h, the yield of tribenzyl phosphite can be up to 80.5 %.
