摘要
采用萃取反应法合成二甲基乙醇胺。实验过程中,首先通过测定分配系数和反应速率,验证了萃取技术的可行性;又利用正交实验探索出了反应的最佳工艺条件为:温度为60℃,水与萃取剂的质量比为1∶1,反应时间为120 m in,二甲胺与氯乙醇的物质的量的比为3.5∶1,在此条件下产物收率可达95.71%。
The dimethylaminoethanol is synthesized by extractive reaction method. The feasibility ot extraction technology is verified by measuring the distribution coefficient and the reaction rate. The conditions of technology are optimized by orthogonal experiment and the best conditions are as follows : temperature : 60℃ ,weight ratio of water and extractive reagent : 1 : 1, reaction time :120 min ,molar ratio of dimethylamine and ethylene chlorohydrin: 3.5 : 1 ,the yield of the product can be up to 95.71%.
