摘要
中国农业信息资源建设已经取得了明显的成效,但在开发与利用中仍然存在着问题。对农业信息资源建设与利用中的问题从政策、技术、组织、服务、及产业措施等方面进行了研究与分析,为农业信息资源的建设与利用提供理论参考。
Agricultural information resource has been constructed well in China,but there are some problems in the process of exploitation and using it.In this paper,the problems were researched,and the countermeasures about policy,technology,organizing,services,industrialization,etc.,were given,in order to provide references for constructing and utilizing agricultural information resource.
