摘要
在实地调查与筛选的基础上,采用野外采样系统分析法对湖南省郴州柿竹园铅锌矿区周边9种优势植物物种的重金属(Cu、Cd、Pb、Zn)积累特性进行了初步研究。研究表明:所调查的9种植物对Pb、Zn、Cu、Cd等4种重金属复合污染的耐抗性较强,但在植株中该4种重金属的富集量均未达到超累积植物所规定的临界含量。其中野菊花、莎草、五节芒3种植物地上部某些重金属的含量大于地下部重金属含量,迁移转运系数大于1,可以认为具备了超累积植物的某些基本特征。
Based on field investigation and filtration , preliminary research on accumulative characteristics of heavy metals 'Cu, Cd, Pb and Zn' in nine predominant plant species growing in Hunan Chenzhou Pb -Zn Mining Area was carried out. The investigation results showed that nine investigated plant species have stronger resistance to the pollution of compound heavy metals. However, the heavy metal's content of Pb, Zn, Cu, and Cd in these plants were not reach the specified critical content of hyper-accumulator. The bio-accumulation coemcient in the Chrysumthemum indicm Linucyperaceaeand Miscunthrs and Floridalus 'lbill'warb were larger than 1 respectively and the content of some heavy metals in the stem of these three plants was higher than that in their roots, this can be regarded that they possessed some of the basic characteristics of hyper-accumulators. It is worthy to further study.
