摘要
Pro/E是基于特征技术的CAD/CAM软件包,其设计的过程就是向“模型树”上添加特征的过程,因而“模型树”上已包含很多的工艺信息,但并不充分。文中提出了面向制造的零件设计以对“模型树”中的特征节点(FeatureNode)进行调整、细化,使“模型树”中包含充分的工艺信息。然后根据实际制造过程选择“工序结点(SequenceNode)”来生成工序图。
Pro/E is a CAD/CAM software based on feature technology,the process of designing part with Pro/ENGINEER is to add feature to the “model tree”,so there are a lot of process information in “model tree”,but it＇s not sufficient.In this paper,design for manufacturing is brought forward,and we can adjust and separate the Feature Node in ＂model tree＂,In this way,＂model tree＂ contains sufficient process information,Then,select ＂Sequence Node＂ to generate process sketch according to actual manufacturing process.
