摘要 服务质量的描述和计算评价是服务描述、选择和运行监控的重要部分。目前 Web Service 服务质量研究主要集中在服务实现层的运行性能保障,而对用户更加重视的应用层服务质量则没有完整的描述和处理方法。本文分析 Web Service 服务质量综合性、模糊性、动态性和可配置性等特点,建立基于可配置综合模糊评价指标体系的扩展的 Web Service 服务质量模型,并提出基于服务上下文的服务质量动态计算方法。 Quality of Service(QoS) is a key factor in Web service advertising, choosing and runtime monitoring. Current researches on Web service QoS focus on service implementation level performance assurance, ignoring application level criterions which are also important to service users. Web service QoS is shown to be synthetic, fuzzy, dynamic and configura61e. An extended Web service QoS model is set up based on Configurable fuzzy synthetic evaluation system in this paper. Web service QoS is evaluated dynamically according to the service context.
