多层螺旋CT及图像后处理技术在胫骨平台骨折中的应用

摘要分析23例胫骨平台骨折的X线片,CT横断位、多平面重建(M PR)及三维容积再现(3DVR)图像,并与手术所见对照。发现多层螺旋CT扫描及图像后处理能为胫骨平台骨折的诊断和治疗提供有价值的信息,有助于临床选择最佳治疗方案。
