文摘:论述了网络环境下信息用户信息需求的特点、规律及新变化,并根据信息用户的变化,拓展图书馆的信息服务范围,最大限度地满足高校信息用户的信息需求,实现对信息资源高效、合理的开发利用。
This paper has described the feature, rule and new changes of client＇ s information demand under network environment. It has broadened information service scope of library and met the information demand of the client in the university in order to realize the development and utilization of information resource effectively and reasonably.
