摘要
通过分析云南省农业科学院文献信息中心所取得的成绩和目前面临的困难,提出从开展读者和用户的市场调查出发,确定服务规模,加强宣传,树立农业信息机构开放服务形象。并在科学采集资料,优化配置信息资源,加强服务意识,实现资源利用最大化,加强信息队伍建设等方面不断探索,进而提高农业信息服务质量和水平。
This paper has analyzed achievements obtained and difficulties encountered by the Document and Information Services Center of Yunnan Academy of Agricultural Sciences, put forward suggestions that we should determine the service scale and enhance publicity on the basis of developing the market investigation both on readers and customers, then establish an open service image of agricultural information organizations. Meanwhile, we should also continuously investigate to optimize the allocation of information resources, strengthen the consciousness of services, realize maximum utilization of resources, enhance information organizations construction and collect information scientifically, etc. so as to improve agricultural information services quantity and levels.
