摘要
简述了瘦终端机/服务器网络模式的特点和利用这种模式建立的高校图书馆电子阅览室的功能,分析了瘦终端机/服务器网络模式相对于PC/服务器模式的优势以及对图书馆信息化发展的促进作用。
This paper has simply expounded the characteristics of thin-client/server＇ s network mode and functions of electronic reading-room, which is based on the mode in university libraries. In addition, it has analyzed the advantages of thin-client/server＇ s network mode and their promotion to the development of IT application in of library as compared with P/C server mode.
