摘要
目的：观察及探讨动员后自体外周血干细胞移植治疗下肢晚期缺血性疾病的临床疗效。方法：动员分离外周血CD34^＋干细胞，多点注射干细胞悬液于晚期缺血患肢肌肉内，观察3～12个月，进行各项指标评估。结果：外周血干细胞移植后患肢疼痛、肢冷、间歇性跛行、溃疡等症状明显缓解，足趾皮温、躁肱指数、末梢血流波幅升高，未见不良反应。结论：对于晚期下肢动脉缺血性疾病患者，外周血干细胞移植能减轻疼痛，改善缺血症状，是一种简单有效的可选择的治疗方法。
Objective： To investigate the efficency of treatmeat of terminal lower limb ischemia with autologous peripheral stem cell transplantation. Methods： Mobilized autotogous peripheral blood CD34＋ stern cells were collected and injected intramuscularly into the ischemic areas of the lower limbs, Then the patients were followed - up and their dinical and laboratory finding were monitored for 3 to 12 months Results： After the tranplantation, the dinical symptoms of these patients, such as severe pain, claudication, cool - feeling, ulcer, the temperature of the toes, ankle - brachial index and the amplitude of the blood flow, improved No adverse effects were observed. Conclusion： The transplantation of mobilized autologons peripheral blood CD34＋ stem cells might be a simple and effective method for the terminal lower limb ischemia.
