摘要
介绍了适合于公用事业自动监控系统的智能数据网及其组成、体系结构、技术原理，对其网络（无线分组网和ＳＣＡＤＡ主网）及扩频技术作了说明，并举例介绍了该智能数据网在电力系统及水利、煤气、油田等公用事业领域自动控制系统中应用的实现方法。
This paper presents an intelligent data network, which is suitable for utility automatic supervisoring system. Architecture, technical principle of operation, implementation of the utility data network is described. Two layer structure of the network is introduced, they are wireless packet network and SCADA network. Two spread spectrum techniques are presented. Application examples are also introduced. A total solution is provided for the purpose of automation distribution in the areas of electrical power, water, gas, oil field and others.
